Contact us at hatchlingzzz@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 330 6834570 within 7 days of delivery. 

Mention your order number and the reason for exchange.

Once approved, courier the product back to us at the provided address.

After inspection, we’ll dispatch the replacement item.

Damage issues

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

Refund

Hatchlingzz does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.

Color & Display Disclaimer

Tags and labels must be intact.

Colors may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions, your request may not be entertained.
